Tradewinds Assisted Living - Lompoc, CA

Tradewinds is a home like atmosphere for senior living in the Lompoc, CA and Santa Barbara County, CA area.

Their objectives are to provide for seniors with 24 hour supervision, maintain quality of life for those individuals who are unable to remain living alone but do not meet the qualifications for transitioning to nursing homes. Services include three home cooked meals with snacks served daily prepared and served either in the dining room, patio or tray service as requested, observation and assessment of need's are on-going, housekeeping, linens and laundry, cable TV, utilities, security, safety, local phone service, entertainment, pet therapy, assistance with physician appointments, transportation, shopping and more.

Over the next three to four years Tradewinds will eventually grow to include an additional three to four houses and potentially increase levels of care to include; recovery clients/residence providing rehabilitative services. Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy will be part of our program. Helping people "get back on their feet" will be and is an important part of our work.
