Care & Assistance Services & Amenities Sunshine Manor is a charming assisted living residence located in the heart of beautiful El Dorado County, providing attentive around-the-clock resident care, in a warm and friendly home environment.

Family-owned for nearly 15 years, our 14-bed country home has recently undergone considerable new upgrades and improvements. We graciously provide services for both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents in either a private and semi-private rooms.

We are located just 40 minutes east of Sacramento, just off Hwy 50, in historic Placerville. The quaint shops and eateries of Old Town are just a short walking distance from the Manor. Also within walking distance are Marshall Hospital, as well as most local physicians, clinics, labs and pharmacies. The vicinity also offers numerous sights and activities for those visiting loved ones at Sunshine Manor. Visit local wineries and nearby Gold Rush towns. Skiing, fishing, white-water rafting and hiking are all within an hour or so.
