Sierra Vista Retirement Center is proud to offer an extensive assisted living plan. It is designed for residents who require additional care to meet their individual daily living needs with respect and dignity. We realize there are times in our lives when we need a little extra help. Our full-service assisted living program can provide residents with the additional services they may need, and to create an environment that fosters good health and enlightened well being.
Assisted Living is an option available for residents who need a little extra help now and then and is based on an assessment of the resident’s needs. Provided at Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3, this program offers residents assistance with personal care services, such as medication administration, as well as housekeeping and transportation. These services are intended to assist our residents in remaining as independent as possible for as long as possible.
The following list includes the services available through the assisted living program:
• Personal laundry service
• Daily housekeeping
• Escort to meals and activities
• Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Incontinence management
• Transferring and bathroom assistance
• Medication monitoring
• Scheduled transportation
