Set on beautifully landscaped grounds with a lovely covered outdoor courtyard, Emeritus at Orange is a small, intimate senior living community with 61 apartments on two floors. Here our residents – in many cases, with their pets – enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. Our services focus on wellness to help you maintain or improve your health, so you can live as independently as possible. As you’ll discover, we are very well known and respected by medical professionals in the area.

Emeritus at Orange feels like home the moment you walk through the doors. Our common areas – including our lovely dining room and TV room – give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including exercise classes and community shopping trips. Emeritus at Orange is centrally located within Orange County close to the 55 freeway and convenient to area churches, schools, Old Town, the Stater Bros Mall, several banks, a pharmacy and El Modeno Park. Our community is also just down the street from Chapman Medical Center, and a nursing home rehabilitation facility is nearby should you ever need it. It’s not surprising that most residents choose to live here for many years. This, combined with the longevity of our staff, creates a true family-like home atmosphere with a strong sense of community.
