Set on beautifully landscaped grounds with a courtyard, lovely gardens and walking trails, Emeritus at Fairwood Manor is considered one of the premier assisted living and Alzheimer’s communities in the Greater Anaheim area. Located close to Freeway 5 and 91, our community offers 117 apartments on three floors. Here our residents – in many cases, with their pets – enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, known for being exceptionally customer-service oriented, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. Our services focus on wellness to help you maintain or improve your health, so you can live as independently as possible. Our staff also offers extensive family support as needed.

Our community also offers an innovative memory care program, Join Their Journey®, for seniors affected by Alzheimer’s or dementia. Because your family’s experience will be unlike any other, our goal is to get to know you and your loved one, so that we can offer support and solutions for your individual situation. We “join the journey” of your loved one by recognizing individuality, encouraging choices and allowing residents the dignity to live in a secure, personalized and familiar setting that feels comfortable for them.

Our common areas – including our lovely dining room, TV room and library – give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including exercise classes and trips to the Pala Casino. Emeritus at Fairwood Manor is located in a rural area on the north side of Anaheim close, yet convenient to the Buena Park Mall, several banks and senior centers. Our community is also near West Anaheim Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
