ActivCare® at La Mesa is a unique Alzheimer’s care facility offering residential living for residents affected by Alzheimer's Disease or other related dementia. ActivCare® at La Mesa offers 50 accommodations in a secure, home-like setting.
ActivCare® is an innovative program that bridges the gap between retirement living and skilled nursing care, by recognizing what people with Alzheimer's really need -activity, security and unconditional caring in a supportive, comfortable environment.
An R.N. Case Manager is available to assess any potential new residents or answer questions regarding desired living services or levels of care.
The following are included in the monthly rental fee for ActivCare® at La Mesa:
• 24-hour activity program specially
designed for those with Alzheimer’s
Disease or related dementia
• Assistance with bathing, dressing
and grooming
• Medication assistance
• Three meals daily
• Escorting to and from meals and
activities
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• R.N. case management
ActivCare® Residential Alzheimer’s care is a specialized care program for those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease or related dementia. ActivCare® is designed to help residents maintain a high level of self-esteem and dignity through activities and a secure, home-like setting.
